Greater Manchester Chamber Hires Rachel Hagen, Member Engagement Manager
T
he Greater Manchester Greater (GMC) is pleased to announce the hiring of Rachel Hagen as Member Engagement Manager. In this role, Rachel will focus on cultivating strong relationships with both existing and new members, while leading the Chamber’s member-focused programs and initiatives.
As the Member Engagement Manager, Rachel will play a key role in advancing the Chamber’s mission by ensuring members feel connected, supported, and engaged. She will also be heavily involved with the Manchester Young Professionals (MYP), as well as the GMC Membership Committee and Welcome Committee, helping to strengthen pathways for involvement and connection across the organization
Prior to joining the chamber, Rachel recently earned her master’s degree in Global Environment, Politics and Society from the University of Edinburgh. Before pursuing her postgraduate studies, she worked in the U.S. Senate for over three years. Hagen also served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) following the completion her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).
Rachel is both personally and professionally passionate about stewarding her community and the environment. Outside of work, she enjoys pottery, visiting national parks, and reading – she is always open to new book recommendations.
As a born and raised Granite Stater who grew up in Manchester, Rachel looks forward to working closely with Chamber members and partners in her new role.
