Greater Manchester Chamber Promotes Lauren Clark to Director of Operations

he Greater Manchester Chamber (GMC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Clark to Director of Operations. In her new role, Lauren will lead the advancement of the Chamber’s mission by overseeing and facilitating the organization’s daily operations.
Lauren brings a wealth of expertise and passion to this critical leadership position. Since joining the Chamber, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in directing staff execution on key objectives, fostering a culture of individual accountability, and driving collaboration and efficiency across teams.
As Director of Operations, Lauren will focus on:
- Developing operational policies and procedures to improve outcomes and streamline efficiencies, empowering the Chamber to achieve its mission goals.
- Designing the logistical foundation that supports exceptional customer service, communications, and program experiences for Chamber members.
- Overseeing and executing operations for the Chamber’s extensive portfolio of programs, which includes more than 70 events annually.
Lauren’s Background
Lauren holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and brings expertise in team building, talent management and customer service to her role. Her data-driven decision making skills, adaptability, and operational excellence have positively impacted the Chamber in a short amount of time. She is passionate about fostering growth and innovation and is eager to continue building a foundation for the Chamber’s long-term success.
