Jocelyn Lencki

Member Relations and Program Specialist

I couldn’t be more pleased to take on the role of Member Relations and Program Specialist with the GMCC. This role is unique, because I am  focused on strengthening and supporting programming and member relations functions, to enhance the member experience at the Chamber.

Jocelyn is responsible for coordinating the logistics of certain Chamber programs and events while supporting the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Programs planning efforts for all key events and programs. A major focus area of Jocelyn’s is to serve as the staff point person on updates to the membership database and customer service requests from Chamber members and the public.

Jocelyn has spent the last three years gaining experience in customer service, event planning and administrative work. Most recently, she held the roles of Administrative Assistant at Brady Sullivan Properties and Event Planning Intern at Stay Work Play NH. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Keene State College in Keene, NH.

What is an aspect of the Chamber’s work that you think is critical to the success of the community?

The GMCC supports several workforce development initiatives focused on keeping young professionals in our community. Our workforce development initiatives include programming with the Manchester Young Professionals Network, collaboration with the Manchester School District, unifying nonprofit efforts, and aligning training programs to meet the workforce needs of Manchester area businesses.

Where is a place you would recommend people visit if they were new to Manchester or the region?

If you’re a foodie like me I would recommend taking advantage of the greater Manchester area microbreweries and other fine dining experiences like Cabonnay. The atmosphere ranges from fun, high energy to romantic. If you ever want to see a show, The Palace Theatre is right downtown!

What is unique about your role at the Chamber?

My role is unique because of the many touch points I have with our members, from database updates to event assistance. I will be focusing on supporting and further developing our programming, along with member relations functions to enhance the overall member experience at the Chamber!
